Cancellation Policy

  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may return the product in accordance with our Return Policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to a service or product on a recurring basis, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Please note that cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds on Subscriptions: If a subscription service was active during the cancellation request, the service will continue until the end of the paid period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

3. Special Orders

Customized or Special Orders: Orders for customized or special products are non-cancellable once the production process has begun. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

4. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of your cancellation request being approved.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used for the transaction.

5. Non-Cancellable Items

  • Perishable Goods: Items that are perishable or have a limited shelf life cannot be canceled or returned.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" cannot be canceled or refunded.
